Who we are

Little One's Studio (app.littleones.studio) is a job board and career toolkit for Filipino virtual assistants. We help VAs find remote work, build an ATS-friendly resume, and keep track of the jobs they have applied to.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Profile and resume content — the work history, tools, certificates, awards and contact details you enter, and any resume file you upload.
  • Job activity — jobs you save, and applications you record or send.
  • Basic usage data — standard analytics about which pages are visited.

Google account data (Gmail)

Connecting a Gmail account is optional. If you choose to connect one so that you can send job applications from the app:

  • We request a single permission: the ability to send email (gmail.send).
  • This permission cannot read, search, delete or forward your mail. That limit is enforced by Google, not merely promised by us. We never see your inbox.
  • We never receive or store your Google password. We hold only a revocable access token.
  • We store that token solely to send the applications you ask us to send, and we keep a record of what was sent so you can see it.
  • You can disconnect at any time from your Settings, or revoke us directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops all sending immediately.
  • We recommend connecting a separate email address created for job hunting, not the account you use for banking or password resets.

Limited Use disclosure

Little One's Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required by law, for security, or with your explicit consent.

How we use your data

To run the service: show you relevant jobs, build your resume and portfolio, track your applications, and send you the emails you have asked for (job alerts, session invitations, certificates). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

On Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication and Cloud Storage). Access is restricted by security rules so that, in general, only you and Little One's Studio administrators can reach your data.

Your choices

  • Edit or delete your profile content at any time in the app.
  • Disconnect Gmail at any time — see above.
  • Unsubscribe from job alerts using the link in any alert email.
  • Ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing us.
