Looking for legitimate cold caller clients on OnlineJobs.ph? How to tell before you apply

OnlineJobs.ph is real, and so are the scams that use it. The difference is checkable in two minutes, and the posts that pass the check are the ones worth your time.

1. Run the employer search on OnlineJobs.ph. A paying, active employer account is the strongest sign. A name that returns nothing is a caution, not a verdict.
2. Look for a real business website in the post, not just an email. A Gmail address alone is a flag.
3. Read the pay line. Cold calling posts state a base, or a base plus commission. Commission only, with no base and no named company, is where most complaints come from.
4. Search the company name on our Report page. Community-reported scams are listed there, and no sign-in is needed.

It names the industry, such as real estate, roofing, solar or insurance. It states the hours in a US or Australian time zone, the dialer or CRM you will use, and how you are paid. It asks for a short voice sample. It does not ask you to pay for training or a "starter kit".
